At the Copa: our moist buttermilk cake made with coconut & rum paired with tropical mango buttercream and toasted coconut shavings.


Midnight Snack: layers of our moist vanilla buttermilk cake freckled with chocolate chips paired with layers of vanilla bean buttercream and dark chocolate ganache made with Callebaut chocolate.

Dark Side of the Spoon: our rich chocolate cake made with dark cocoa – melts in your mouth not unlike your favourite chocolate bar paired with layers of chocolate buttercream and dark chocolate ganache.

Espresso Yourself: our rich chocolate cake made with dark cocoa paired with coffee buttercream with milk chocolate pearls.
